The Copenhagen International Boat Show 2008 ?B?de i Bella 08 ?increased its number of visitors from 41,687 at last year's show to 41,951 visitors at this year's event.
The number still remains lower than the 47,360 visitors that attended in 2004.
This year's show ?which took place from February 23-March 2 ?was a move towards a more international show, with bigger stands and more exhibitors. The event remains popular with family boat owners.
"B?de i Bella 08 has fulfilled our expectations. It's a big logistical project to house so many boats in the Bella Centre, but we've done it very well. We've also had a great deal of boating families with their kids visiting the show which has given a very good atmosphere at the show," says Bo Rasmussen, project manager of the Copenhagen International Boat Show.
Among the many premieres at the show, the new Coronet motorboat models were on display. The new model is the Coronet 290 Sport, which is built in two different versions as a day cruiser and as a cabin cruiser.
